Routine work runs by itself.

Flows start on a schedule or when another program sends a signal. Agents do the steps; important decisions stay with you.

Autopilot building blocks.

  • Schedules

Hourly, daily, on weekdays or weekly.

  • External triggers

Webhooks and API: forms, shop or CRM start a flow.

  • Agents with tools

Agents read web pages, start flows and ask other agents.

  • AI router

Sorts incoming items and picks the right path.

  • Approval step

    Coming soon

A person confirms before anything goes out.

  • Notifications

    Coming soon

Email when a run is finished or needs help.

Stay in control

Every run is logged with input, result and all steps. A monthly token limit protects against unexpected costs.

Everyday examples.

  • Every morning

Read web pages of competitors or associations and send a summary to the team.

  • With every enquiry

Classify form submissions and send them to the CRM with all details.

  • Every Friday

Draft a short report from the week’s notes.

  • With every order

The shop sends a webhook, the flow checks and notifies.

Set up an autopilot.

  1. 1

    Build a flow

    Yourself or from a template.

  2. 2

    Test

Test run with a log per step.

  3. 3

    Set the trigger

    Schedule, webhook or API.

  4. 4

    Keep an eye on it

    Check runs and usage regularly.

Questions about the autopilot.

Does the autopilot run when my computer is off?

Schedules run as long as the server running KI.ordo is on. If that machine is asleep, the runs wait.

What does an automatic run cost?

Every AI step uses tokens. You can see how many in the log and in the usage overview. A monthly limit sets a cap.
